Cancellation
Policy: Our time is just as valuable as yours. If
you need to reschedule your appointment, please call our office
at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Our 24-hour
answering service can take your messages.
Minors:
Parents or guardians of minors must remain on premise while
treatment is rendered.

Our Fees: We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover,
personal checks and cash. Payment
including all deductibles and copays are expected when services
are rendered. We offer a line of credit through CareCredit Corporation
with expeditious application review. A fee may be charged for
duplication of x-rays for record transfer.
Dental
Insurance: Pocono Dental Associates is a participating member
of BlueCross/Blue Shield, United Concordia, Delta Dental and
MetLife insurance plans. We file electronically with these insurance
plans for your convenience. We also accept most other major
dental insurance. Some insurance plans have deductibles and
copays that you need to be aware of. Most dental insurance covers
only routine dental care. More complicated treatment may be
only partially covered by your insurance. Please bring your
dental insurance benefit booklet and our financial representative
can assist you with your coverage.
